Question: When my friends or coworkers ask about my multiple sclerosis, I never know how to explain. 

Answer: I explain that I have lesions on my brain and spinal cord, and it affects my body in an unusual way. Some symptoms I experience include fatigue, memory loss, walking problems and speech issues. I also thank them for taking the time to ask.
