Many of us with multiple sclerosis have pain in our feet or legs and balance issues. It is somewhat unfortunate that it is mostly impossible to wear heels these days, yet I still do my best to wear shoes that are both cute and comfortable.
Here a few of my favorites.
All Toms fit the criteria of cute and comfortable. The Canvas Women’s Slip ons have even a thicker sole than the original Toms. The fact that they are so easy to put on and off is an added plus.
A few Modern Day MS contributors raved about Skechers and their Memory Foam technology. It provides enhanced breathability and the gel-infused memory foam offers a perfect balance of comfort and support.
Taryn Rose was founded in 1998 by orthopedic surgeon and shoe designer Dr. Taryn Rose. Combining medical know-how with beautiful materials and design stylings, her shoe line reinvented the industry by offering women exquisite silhouettes that not only look amazing, but are extremely comfortable.
Merrell’s are known for providing supportive and sturdy footwear. The above are easy to adjust and a good pair to wear to work on for nicer occasions.
