I take a handful of medication every morning usually with a cup of coffee. Lately, I’ve noticed heartburn, nausea and that terrible feeling when the pill is stuck right there in the spot between my throat and heart.
In general, I’m not super hungry in the morning (I know breakfast is important) and am looking for tips on what to eat to keep my morning capsules down.
I’ve tried smoothies, toast, cereal, granola bars and yogurt, but nothing really appeals to me at the early hour. I’ve decided to reach out to you for two reasons.
